The WCF central region office in Orem, Utah has an immediate opening for someone who can demonstrate the WCF values to join their team as a full-time Office Support Specialist.




The Office Support Specialist provides general administrative support to the Orem office by providing prompt, accurate, professional, and courteous service to all internal and external customers. The person in this position performs miscellaneous duties in support of the office underwriting function. This includes distributing policy packets and certificates of insurance coverage. The Office Support Specialist accepts and deposits premium payments and answers routine inquiries from policyholders and agents.




The position requires:


  • At least two years of office work experience, preferably in the insurance industry;
  • High school diploma (or equivalent), associates or bachelor's degree preferred;
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong computer skills;
  • Ability to type at least 40 wpm; and
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills.



Internal candidates should have acceptable job performance and a good attendance record in their current position and must notify their current supervisor that they've applied for the position. They should also have 6 months in their current position.
